Online High Gloss Water-based Varnish
 

Brief Introduction
Our water based high gloss varnish was produced based on absorbed the advanced technology from German. Combined the end user`s production process characteristics of the Chinese and Asian markets, we developed a high gloss and cost-effective water based varnish. Our product has the characteristics of high gloss, anti-wet viscocity, fast drying speed and eco-friendly. 

It can be widely used in different types of paper glazing surface treatment process.

Applying process and precautions
1. Suitable for on-line varnish or varnish by glazing machine after printing.
2. It can be used directly, the viscosity can be adjusted by adding water according to the performance and environment of the final product.
3. Drying method: It can be dried by infrared drying, hot air or heating tube. During the operation of the drying equipment, the temperature is not lower than 70 ºC.
4. The varnish consumption depends on the paper quality and gloss requirements. Generally, the online glazing is 2-5g/m2, and the offline glazing is 3-7g/m2.
5. please test sample first before mass production. Due to factors are different such as the use environment and conditions.
6. to protect the environment, please clean the equipment with water. The washing water can be used as a thinner.
